We partner with reliable carriers such as DHL, USPS, and FedEx to provide standard and expedited shipping options. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Please note that transit times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

2. Shipping Time

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Transit Time: Standard shipping takes 3-20 business days. 

3. Shipping Fees

• Domestic Orders: Free standard shipping on all orders.

• International Orders: The United States mainland only right now.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 10 days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at kisskindlife001@gmail.com.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• Freight Forwarders: We do not ship to freight forwarders or shipping forwarding services. Orders intended for these services will be canceled and refunded.

• PO Boxes: Some carriers may not deliver to PO boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is valid and accessible.

6. COVID-19 Precautions

All carriers follow contact-free delivery protocols to ensure the safety of our customers and delivery personnel. Signatures are not required for delivery.
